Math is hard.  But the BB has to have an incredible
hand to call.  

If the BB overcalls, two main things can happen: 

He loses, then his equity is third prize money 
He wins, then he has approx 60% of the chips.  We'll
say he has 60% of first, 40% of second. 

If he folds, he will have about 20% of the chips, some
of the time he will be in 2nd, some of the time there
will be a short stack of 10K left, so we can guess 20%
first, at most 10% third, 70% second.   

So he has to have around 60% equity vs the other two
hands toghether to call.  Only AA or KK are in this
category.
