[ba-poker] the origin of presto

I'm curious as to who originated presto, at least for me it dates back to
the IRC Poker days.  I apparently need to appease the pokergods again.

PLH, I get KK on the button, I raise, 5 callers.  Flop 5JK, I let it check
all around.  Turn 4.  Small blind bets (has about 2x my stack), everyone
drops, I call.  River 5.  He makes a small bet, I raise the pot, he
reraises the pot.  I call, and get presto shown to me.

(if anyone cares to tell me not to slowplay 43:1, please do tell.)
