Thanks go to Mike Wiesenberg for clueing me to the RGP archives on Presto.
I think I'm in agreement to toss a couple chips in on the flop in most
situations to continue forcing riffraff out, and possibly the dominated
hand, but if I was going down in my home game I might as well do it in the
most dramatic way. :)
