I have built a small Excel/VBA model of the 3 Player, NLHE Pre Flop Decision
Set. The model includes payout schedule, stack sizes after all outcomes and
skill levels of the players. If anyone is interested in reviewing/using this,
send me an email and I will email back the excel spreadsheet. Given that I suk
at math and logic, there is a 100% chance that I made a mistake somewhere so help
in finding the errors would be appreciated.
For those of you that have followed this thread, my preliminary findings (leaving
all players equal in skill) from the model are:
1. Bert should call behind me with QQ or better.
2. If I had folded, Bert should call with T7o of better
3. I should call the all in bet with KQs or better. 66 (which I did call
with) is the next worst hand so my call was not that bad.
4. If Charles had not Jammed, I should with any hand.
5. Bert should call my Jam with Q2o of better.
6. Charles is correct to Jam with 96s or better. The hand he chose to Jam
with J2o is only two hands worse than this.
7. Things change a lot if you change the skill level assumptions.
Thanks for you help Crunch
