[ba-poker] How to Evaluate Game

I'm just getting started and am wondering how to evaluate my game on my
own.

(please no "welcome to my table" advise)

I don't feel comfortable betting at significant stakes games yet and find
that low stakes games are only good for developing bad habits.

What I would prefer is software that will either watch my play and
intervene with advise or take a hand history from online play and replay
it and make recommendations.

Is there anything like that?

Or maybe some other "low cost" way to learn where my leaks are.
