I'll chime in to the meta discussion here.
Bill,
1) Peter has a good point. Not real effective to
have fragmented, independent discussions on
something that will be decided with in a single
election.
2) Why do you want to continue the discussion here?
Select audience? Less noise?
3) You're conducting a discussion about the effect
(+ or -) of something on RGP. You seem to want to
conduct that discussion *off* of RGP.
Isn't that a form of moderation?
