Bill Chen is absolutely right -- 
1. You can't make it 800.  You don't have enough for a second action.  If
you play a hand (any hand) you must jam.  If you had the 3200 stack you
might make it 800 (although given the chips in play I think 800 is too
much -- 600 feels right; if you make it 800, if there's additional action
it's all-in or fold; you're more likely to be able to take a second action
if the raise is to 600)
2.  Once you put in the 800 you've pot committed yourself.
