Thanks for the replies.

I have to agree.  800 was a terrible raise.

I don't like the jam as I figure to only get called by better hands
and I don't want to knock myself out in 4th with the short stack
getting the blinds soon.

I think I should have limped in in hopes of flopping a set.
Or maybe raise to 500 or 600 and fold to the re-raise.

If you are wondering how the hand came out, I called and lost to AA.
