Well, that blind on the button causes some significant changes preflop.
In 
most NL games with two blinds with the small blind 1/2 or approximately
1/2 
the big blind, the to-go amount is the big blind, and if you limp it's 
actually calling the big blind bet.  For instance with 10 and 20 blinds,

someone can open for 20 (calling the big blind), or if the open for a 
bigger amount it must be at least 40 because they are raising the big
blind.

Actually the only place I've seen the "must raise" rule is in Northern
California.   I seem to recall playing in three blind NL games where
limping was allowed, either in AC or LV.  Can anyone else confirm this?
I kind of like the limping option, I don't think I take much advantage
of it but if someone else wants to limp preflop with their aces, I have
no problem allowing it.
