The host site for ordering BARGE 2004 chips has been experiencing
hardware problems. While it is expected to be back online soon, we
have set up an second order page at:
http://www.scottro.com/barge/2004/chips/order.asp
This is a bare-bones page that just has the 2004 information. A more
complete set of information on all of the BARGE chips back through
2000 is available on the primary order site at:
http://www.pokerart.com/barge/
but at the moment, you can't get there from here... ;-)
Both the primary and backup order pages will be available between now
and just shortly before BARGE. But the advance order period ends
VERY SOON...
All bulk chip orders MUST be in before the deadline of May 30th. And
the pricing on the samplers set will go up after the advance order
period closes. Our chip vendor, CHIPCO, has longer production lead
times this year, so we are currently cutting things pretty close to
have chips in time for BARGE. We *may* need to change the deadline
to an earlier date if CHIPCO's backlog gets worse.
When www.pokerart.com is back on the air, you will have twice as many
ways to order your BARGE chips!
So far, the sales have been slow, compared to other years. This may
be due to the difficulties in accessing pokerart.com. If sales don't
pick up, we may not be able to allocate very many sets available for
purchase at BARGE. If you really want the chips, please don't
delay...
