The game didn't seem beatable to me, but I dunno...
You're playing $6 per hour to play 2-4 at the Oaks. That's cheaper
than just about anywhere I've ever played (except for the Hideaway
in Seattle, with its $2 per pot drop), unless the dealer is REALLY
slow.
There's also a $1-per-pot jackpot drop, so it comes out to something
like $95/hour taken off the table, a bargain compared with other
2-4 games in the Bay Area. ($3 +$1 jackpot per hand * 35 hands/hour
= $140/hour.)
The 3-6 game charges $8 per hour per player, making for roughly
$105 per hour taken off the table, still quite competitive with
other games.
It's Lee Jones country. Those games are completely beatable.
