[ba-poker] Reliable internet

I had a problem with my SBC.  It took them 3 visits
over the course of a year to figure it out.  It turned
out that my DSL modem had issues that started around
the time we had a brownout and a couple blackouts with
the power.  I got a new modem and have been ok since. 
In general my experience with SBC has been that it is
pretty reliable as far as uptime.  However the times
when you do have a problem are absolute hell to get
realistic support.  I am stuck though.  My
neighborhood has one of those boxes they put up on the
pole so we can get DSL.  But it gives them a loophole
so that I can't use another provider.  I have to use
SBC only.  :(
