They are slow as to the details, but this is what I have been told:
$5 to go. $3 drop (no jackpot) on all hands. Rebuy back to $100 only.
Rebuy to less than $100 is considered a "short buy" and next time you
must buy back to $100. Only $1 and $20 chips play.
