That's a slightly different issue. That lobbying is against a ballot proposition that would allow existing card clubs and race tracks to operate slot machines. Its opposed by existing Indian casinos, which aren't located in the Bay Area. That's probably why their argument is more in terms of casinos in the Bay Area being bad in terms of traffic, etc., rather than casinos and gambling being bad generally.
