I'm assuming bankroll size difference would be one of the major factors 
that LHE is used, but in a fixed freezeout like the proposed scenario 
would the Pro's edge be greater if the game were PLH?

and the other question, given the skill gap has been closing, would you 
invest in the Corporation if given an opportunity?
