No, but he has been involved in managing large scale network services (and he
has written some about sendmail[1]). That was the "in my professional option"
part at the part of what he wrote. I personally agree with him. If you can't
manage your own network or node then you shouldn't be connected to the net.
Forcing others to deal with your problems doesn't scale. The argument that
"I'm too busy now" is irresponsible.
And if think I'm on tilt then you can come play cards with me. I'm softer then
Nick but in the bay area a little more frequently.
