Yes, I went to the Oaks for the first time and was all
"huh?" and then kind of "huh." I looked all over for a
big "first time?" sign but found none. "Sign up here"
would have been nice, too, but no. No signs!
And I watched for about a half an hour but since I
couldn't figure out what the deal was I left.
I went back the following week and asked the guy on
the microphone where I sign up - what do you know it
was right there! I recognized a lot of people from
when I was watching the week before and I was reminded
of that article about that guy who spends every night
at the oaks.
It took too long to get a table though and I got bored
and left.

ps. Thanks for all the advice on my J5s - I'm in
another game tonight and I'm looking forward to seeing
this hand lose again. Ha, ha, just kidding (I'm only
going to play 76o tonight).
