[ba-poker] Seals and legality and such

My dad worked for the Navy for a zillion years, and used to refer to senior officials "chopping" a document, meaning to approve and/or sign it ("Admiral Williams chopped the plan, so we're good to go."). 
 
I thought this was a weird usage until I stumbled across the use of the word "chop" meaning a stamp that important Chinese officials had - it was, in effect, their signature.  That seal was, understandably, closely guarded, because any document with Wu-Tan's chop on it was treated as having Wu-Tan's approval.
