[ba-poker] ADMIN: New List Software Installed

The migration of ba-poker to Mailman software is complete. The ba-poker
home page is updated with new subscribe and unsubscribe processes,
digest info and tips:

Mailman uses passwords to provide a modicum of security for subscribers.
A password was automatically generated for you. To get your password,
request a password "reminder" via the member options web page:

https://stubing.kerndt.com/mailman/options/ba-poker

(If you are a world wide web luddite [1], you can get your password by
sending mail to ba-poker-request(deleted the rest) with the command "password"
in the subject or body of your message. (If you are not sending mail
from your subscribed address, you can also specify this address by
sending the command "password address=<ADDRESS>".))

The Mailman web front-end, AKA "ba-poker Info Page," has basic
information about the list, a subscription request section and an entry
point for subscriber tasks:

Other salient features of the ba-poker Mailman implementation include:

- Subscribers can disable delivery (e.g., while they are on vacation)
without unsubscribing.

- Digest is not a separate list. Rather, it is a list "mode," changeable
via the user option interface.

- Attachments are stripped.

- HTML is converted to plain text.

- Bouncing addresses are auto-unsubscribed. (But, it takes a lot of
bounces for this to happen.)

If you like to RTFM, we suggest the Mailman User Documentation web page:

http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/users.html

(Luddites can get help with email commands by sending the command "help"
to ba-poker-request(deleted the rest))

[1] No insult of luddites is implied.
