According to the Bay101 dealer who plays in my home game, it will be $4
out of the pot after the flop, rather than $3 on the button. $1 if
there's no flop. Starts Wednesday. I think this is a net plus for a
good player.

Phil has a better memory for details than I do. I found a printed write up on the new Bay 101 collection procedures:

For 20/40 and above: Time collection at dealer change (every 30 minutes)

-- 20/40: $7
-- 40/80: $9
-- 80/160: $11

For 3/6 and above:

-- No flop: Collection is $1 (small blind money)
-- Flop: Collection is $4

For 2/4 game:

-- No flop: Collection is $1 (small blind money)
-- Flop: Collection is $3 (big and small blind money)

For Seven Card Stud: $4 collection is taken from the antes.

For the 6/12 game, if there is no flop, the small blind of $2 is changed into two $1 chips: $1 goes to the drop, $1 goes back to the small blind player.
