Its my understanding that the shuffle is configurable. I actually
think this was a mistake on ShuffleMaster's part, since casinos have an
obvious incentive to configure them for a really fast shuffle, and this
could negatively affect the reputation of the machines as shuffling
"right." In fact they're doing what they're told (which in many cases
is to shuffle fast, not well). But the revenue incentive is obvious.
