I notice it's a bit crowded and realize the table
is 10 handed. All the tables are 10 handed.
Low-limit tables are still 9-handed. I don't know where they're drawing
the distinction or what, nor do I know what happens when a kids game
gets stuck at one of the adult tables.
NOBODY asked for a deck change! Maybe that
was an anomaly.
Deck changes are not permitted on tables with shuffle machines. (When
they installed the first few, you could still get deck changes at the
tables without machines.). They occasionally change the setups, though.
I know it's every four hours at Garden City; I think it's the same at
Bay 101.
Maybe it was my imagination but it just
seemed cleaner there.
They replaced the carpet recently, and it helped. Not coincedentially,
they also wired all the tables for power.
