[ba-poker] Lessons on Cable TV

I was playing around with Comcast cable TV's relatively new "On
Demand" feature (available with its digital service) and I thought,
"Maybe there are some WSOP or WPT reruns here." Well, I was close.
After slogging through the labyrinth of menus (Lifestyle/Gambling/Poker
or somesuch), I tripped across a sort of "how-to" series on Omaha/8.

The series features David Sklansky, Mike Matusow and Todd Brunson.
They sit around with a helmet-hair host and watch and comment on a
number of hands (with hole cards exposed for the viewers and
commentators) and the play thereof by some players gathered for the
show. [1]

The "series" is split up into eight very short parts of no more
than five minutes each. (On top of that, you have to sit through
90 seconds of "problem gambling warning" public service announcement
and intro fluff.)

It's free [2]. There are no earth-shaking insights for the experienced
poker player. I found it interesting enough to watch all the episodes
in an idle moment.

[1] You know you play poker too much when you look over the table
and say to yourself, "Man, Sklansky brought along a few of his pals:
I played with his buddy Eddie the last time I was at Bellagio and
Mat is Sklansky's son."

[2] I should say, "It's already paid for if you have one of the
too-expensive digital packages."
