I don't think it's any different from taking notes or having a good memory at the table. I'm surprised people don't use pokenum or twodimes enough as a free tool. I'm curious if people consider it unethical for the sale of hand historys for players you've never played against.

I think few people would argue with using it as a tool to help improve
plug up your own leaks. But being able to look at all the hands that
anyone has shown down ever is more powerful than having a friend
help you.

Does it matter if other people do/don't know that you are using it?
