Do people have an opinion on PokerTracker.com vs www.poker-edge.com?

Short summary of architecture differences:

PokerTracker.com is a thinly veiled, packaged MS Access SQL database(you
can't write arbitrary queries against it afaik).

Yes you can, just open the mdb in Access.

But it *does* have a 2 gig limit, which means it is fairly
limited in the number of hands you can have in it.

There are ways around this, although none of them is particularly elegant, and none of them would work within PokerTracker to aggregate the stats the way it does.

But if you just wanted to use PokerTracker as a hand history parser, you could probably build a database application of arbitrary size.
