I thought the same thing.  It is a bankroll issue more
than a skill issue.  Some nights I have been in that
game and had to double check that I didn't
accidentally sit in a 3-6 game.....  The 20-40 at GC
is a pretty good game.  If you have been playing the
8-16 you probably have a good start at recognizing
some of the regulars.
