I'm sure you do, and this is probably correct.  I have difficulty 
imagining how you'd beat such a game.  Then again, somebody wrote to me 
via Card Player describing a Flordia Indian game where it was 10% to $5 
in a $2-4 game.  If that's not highway robbery...
