There use to be a 6-12 rock game in Bakersfield at the Golden West with a
single $3 blind. It was dropped. The first hand and every hand after a split
pot played like a single (vanished) 3-6 game. Every other hand played as a
winner kill 6-12.
The same room also had a very strange 2-10 no ante spread limit stud/8. As I
remember the button posted the drop and that was live for the bring in.
