When Foxwoods converted a bunch of limits from time to a
rake, they said it was "by popular demand".  Since it
raised their collection significantly, either the players
were idiots or the management was using player demand
as a cover.

Did Bay 101 offer a cover story for this one?  They
didn't say anything in March for the $1 extra per pot
from $2-$4 HE and from Omaha.
