I know the original statement was correct, no think about it. But what I've
never understood are the people who consider a live button charge to be a
time charge. If it's live, it's an additional blind. Particularly in $2/$4
and $3/$6 where it was a full bet, it gave a lot of advantage to the button.
OTOH, a dead button charge is a time charge.
